Patrick L. Benaroche is a senior lawyer practicing Employment and Labor Law. With a background in organizational psychology, Patrick advises our clients on all aspects of Canadian employment and labor law. He regularly appears before civil and administrative tribunals in cases involving dismissal, harassment, workplace discrimination, non-competition clauses, and privacy protection. He is often called upon to advise clients on the negotiation and drafting of executive employment contracts, severance packages, workplace policies, labor standards, and any other labor relations issues, including plant closures, corporate restructurings, and mass layoffs.

In addition to dealing with occupational health and safety issues, Patrick also has extensive experience in collective labor relations, including certification and decertification applications, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and strike or lockout management. He also leads workshops aimed at facilitating employer-employee relations in the workplace and assists with strategic human resources management planning.
